This text will extend and reinforce the cursive handwriting skills previously presented in CLP's writing series. It will also encourage the students to keep up their manuscript handwriting skills by showing the practical applications of these skills, such as filling out various registration forms. Handwriting text is Zaner-Bloser except for "Q", "k" and ",". This curriculum develops a solid foundation is handwriting with games, practice sentences and activities. Only the 40 most difficult letters are covered: capitals and lowercase a, b,e,h,i,k,m,n,o,p,r,s,t and v; other letters are easily learned from the same strokes as these. The pages are not reproducible. 60 pages. Grade 3.

This is the best handwriting curriculum that I have seen out there. I love the third grade book because it really appeals to it's intended audience. This book teaches students homonyms, antonyms, compound words, etc. and uses activities such as "Solve the Clues" and decoding messages, all while practicing their handwriting skills. There are so many different activities in this book, the student surely won't get bored with it!
