Recorded live and with Andres Pudewa's humorous style, the Student Writing Intensive course is based upon the principles of the Teaching Writing: Structure and Style course, but is presented directly to students. As a unique complement to the Structure & Style course, parent's understanding of the course will be increased, while students will gain additional insights that will allow them to complete assignments with ease and skill. Four lessons on four DVDs are included, accompanied by suggested assignments for additional practice. Each level presumes no previous experience.

This Level C course is intended for Grades 9-12, and can be completed in four days or stretched to 15 weeks depending upon time spent upon assignments. Student materials include reading selections, checklists and other information; pages are reproducible within a family.This Level C course covers:

I bought the teaching DVDs last year and never had time to watch them all. At the end of this home-school year and my daughter still struggling to write I dug out the workshop DVD for her to try it. Her response was, "Why haven't we been doing this?" She loved it and she actually wrote an excellent story the way he taught. This is great. I think the training for parents takes a great effort but my daughter picked up on it just fine. Finally- something that actually works for her. I think she really likes watching his teaching to. He teaches using a real class/setting. He is funny and great with the kids.

I absolutely loved Student Writing Intensive Level B, so we bought this Level C as a next step. I felt it reviewed Level B too much. I would like to see more DVD materials by this company. Even though I am some what disappointed in level C, I do recommend this company as an excellent writing program.
