This simple yet effective book presents an overview of some of the most familiar Old Testament Bible stories--Genesis, Gideon, Samuel, Esther and other are all included. Each lesson contains a few paragaphs reflecting and teaching from the text followed by questions or an exercise; the lesson concludes is a puzzle or project that ties in with the lesson. An optional memory verse is also included in each lesson. King James Version used. 145 pages, softcover. Book C in the Studying God's Word series.

My daughter enjoys the lessons and fun exercises. I would definitely recommend this book series.

I have really enjoyed using Studying God's Word series because they really understand how children can relate to God's word. The stories are so much fun and I love seeing how my son can apply it to everyday life.
