Correct punctuation is necessary to the meaning of sentence. Problems of punctuation can arise because writers and publishers do not follow the same style. Some use an open style approach which means omitting punctuation unless it is absolutely necessary for clarity. This is an excellent English grammer curriculum. It is a basic study of punctuation and capitalization with no distractions or questionable content.
